Return / Exchange Policy :
▪ Processing the order within India takes 10 - 12 working
days and then shipping takes 7 - 10 working days.
▪ We do not offer Refunds and we accept Returns against Exchange or Store credit valid for 12 months.
▪ The product bought will only be accepted for exchange if informed within 5 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks.
▪ The Vishvkanya Team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
▪ Exchange is only applicable once and with the products of equal price value or more.
▪ No Returns or Exchanges for Discounted/Sale products.
▪ Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
▪ In case of exchange, customers are required to pay Rs. 150 exchange fee for us to book the reverse pick up and send the exchanged piece.
